Order Processing & Turnaround Time

• Turnaround Time: All custom orders are processed and completed within 7 business days after receiving your final design approval.
• Rush Orders: Need it sooner? If time permits, rush orders are available for an additional 20% + the cost of expedited shipping for the blank garments if unable to purchase locally. 

​Design Submission

• Designs must be submitted in high-resolution formats (e.g., PNG or JPEG).
• If your design requires edits (e.g., resizing, color adjustments, or text modifications), a design fee will apply.
• After submission, you will receive a proof for approval. Your order will not proceed until the proof is confirmed.

Approval Process

• Customers have 2 rounds of revisions included with their custom order. Additional revisions will incur a fee of $5 per revision.
• Please review your proof carefully. Once approved, no further changes can be made.

Pricing & Payment

• Custom pricing is based on the design complexity, size, and garment type.
• Invoices must be paid by the listed due date. Invoices not paid by the due date are subject to price adjustments or requote based on current pricing and availability.
• If the invoice is paid after the due date and the order is still needed within 7 business days, we may accept the order based on our availability and a 20% rush fee will be applied.
• Full payment is required before production begins.

Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are shipped promptly after completion, and tracking information will be provided. 
• Shipping costs are based on weight of order.
• If local, please contact us to arrange for pick-up.
